1.     يجب أن يكون البحث أو الدراسة العلمية مبتكرة ولم يسبق النشر لأي منهما من قبل .

2.    لا يجوز نشر أكثر من بحثين أو دراستين لعضو هيئة التدريس في العدد الواحد .

3.   طريقة كتابة البحوث والدراسات العلمية المقدمة للنشر وفقاً لمعايير النشر الدولي ، ويتعين على السادة الباحثين الالتزام بالقواعد التالية :

·   تكتب البحوث أو الدراسات العلمية باستخدام برنامج Microsoft Word ، بنوع الخط Simplified Arabic بحجم 14 للغة العربية ، وبخط Times New Roman بحجم 12 للغة الإنجليزية .

·         يكتب على ورق مقاس A4 .

·    يتحمل الباحث مسئولية التدقيق اللغوي للبحث أو الدراسة العلمية ، ولا تعتبر المجلة مسئولة عن رفض البحوث أو الدراسات لضعف مستواها العلمي أو اللغوي.

·        يصرف عدد نسخه واحدة من النسخ المطبوعة كل إصدار لكل باحث.

        4.     يتم تنسيق كتابة تقرير البحث أو الدراسة العلمية على النحو التالي :

·   الالتزام بهوامش الصفحات (2.5سم) من كل جانب وأن يكون ترقيم الصفحات في أسفل وسط الصفحات.

·    صفحة العنوان تتضمن عنوان البحث أو الدراسة العلمية فقط ولا تحتوي على أي معلومات عن المؤلف أو الجهة التي ينتمي إليها.

·    نص البحث أو الدراسة العلمية في حدود (5000) كلمة بحيث يكون متوسط الكلمات في السطر الواحد ما بين (8 – 12) كلمة ولا يزيد عدد الأسطر عن (20) سطر في الصفحة كما يجب ألا تزيد عدد الصفحات عن (15) صفحة ويشمل المقدمة والمنهج المستخدم والأدوات والإجراءات والنتائج والمناقشة والاستخلاصات أو الاستنتاجات وقائمة المراجع.

·  يجب استخدام نظام الاقتباس المتبع في دوريات جمعية علم النفس الأمريكية   American Psychological Association APA عند كتابة المراجع العلمية داخل متن البحث أو الدراسة العلمية وفي قائمة المراجع.

·     توضع الجداول في متن البحث أو الدراسة العلمية وترقم بالأرقام (1 ، 2 ، 3 etc) ولا ترسل الجداول كملفات منفصلة ، ويشار إليها في موضع الاستدلال بها أو أقرب موقع لها في المتن ، وتكتب العناوين الوصفية المناسبة للصفوف والأعمدة أعلى الجدول مع تجنب الاختصارات غير المألوفة ، ويشار إلى الحواشي الموضحة لمحتويات الجدول بالحروف (أ ، ب ، جـ etc).

·     يجب ترقيم الأشكال والصور والرسوم بالترتيب مع كتابة عنوان لكل منها ، والإشارة إليها في موضع الاستدلال بها في المتن ، كما يجب أن توضع في مكانها من متن البحث أو الدراسة العلمية ولا ترسل كملفات منفصلة.

·     مستخلص البحث باللغة أو الدراسة العلمية باللغة العربية واللغة الأجنبية  في حدود (200) كلمة لكلاً منهما ويتضمن العنوان والهدف من البحث أو الدراسة العلمية والمنهج المستخدم والعينة والمجالات وأهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث.

·     في حالة إرفاق ملفات تعتمد على استخدام الوسائط الإلكترونية (كالصور أو أفلام الفيديو أو عروض باوربوينت .. إلخ) وتزيد مساحتها عن خمسة ميجابايت ، يجب على الباحث رفع هذه الملفات على أحد مواقع الاستضافة الإلكترونية وإرسال عنوان الرابط الإلكتروني فقط إلى إدارة تحرير المجلة تسهيلاً لمهمة إرسال البحوث أو الدراسات العلمية للسادة المحكمين.

·        المراجع العلمية للبحوث أو الدراسات العلمية تكتب وفقاً للأسلوب التالي:

أولاً : المراجع باللغة العربية :

أ- بالنسبة للكتب:

اسم المؤلف : اسم الكتاب (تحته خط) – رقم الطبعة (ط) عدا الطبعة الأولى - دار النشر – جهة النشر – سنة النشر – الصفحات المستخدمة.

ب- بالنسبة للكتب المترجمة:

اسم المؤلف : اسم الكتاب (تحته خط) – اسم المترجم - رقم الطبعة (ط) عدا الطبعة الأولى - دار النشر – جهة النشر – سنة النشر – الصفحات المستخدمة.

جـ- بالنسبة للمجلات والدوريات العلمية:

اسم المؤلف : عنوان المقال أو البحث – اسم المجلة (تحته خط) – الناشر – عام الإصدار – جهة النشر – رقم المجلد – الصفحات المستخدمة.

د- بالنسبة للرسائل العلمية:

اسم صاحب الرسالة : عنوان الرسالة (تحته خط) – اسم الكلية – اسم الجامعة – جهة النشر – عام المناقشة .

أ- بالنسبة للكتب:

Publishing Rules

1.  Scientific research must be innovative and has never been published before.

2.  It is not permissible to publish more than two researches for one faculty member in the same journal issue.

3. Submitted researches for publication are written in accordance with international publishing standards with following rules:

·   Using Microsoft Word, simplified Arabic (font size 14) for Arabic, and Times New Roman (font size 12) for English.

·      Written on A4 paper.

4.  Researcher is responsible for research linguistic audit, and the journal is not responsible for rejecting researches because of its poor scientific or linguistic level.

5.  Each main researcher (only) receives one printed copy of journal issue.

6. Author of published research is fully responsible for any charges of intellectual property rights.

7.     Scientific research report is coordinated as follows:

·  Commit to page margins (2.5cm) on each side, with page numbering at bottom of pages’ centre.

·    Main page contains only research title and does not contain any information about the author or his/her institution.

·     Research text within (5000) words, in which words’ average in line between (8-12) words and page does not exceed (20) lines per page, and whole research should not exceed (15) pages (including: introduction, used method, tools, procedures, results, discussion, conclusions, and references list).

· Followed citation system like that used in American Psychological Association (APA) journals when writing scientific references within research and in references list.

·      Tables are placed in research body and numbered (1, 2, 3 etc.) in their supposed places, and not sent as separate files, while avoiding unusual abbreviations.

·     Figures, images and drawings must be numbered in order with title in their supposed places, and not sent as separate files.

·  Research abstract in both languages (Arabic and English) are written within (200) words for each, including: research title , goal, used method, sample, areas, the most important conclusions.

·  In case of attaching files based on electronic media (e.g. photos, videos, PowerPoint presentations, etc.) over 5 MB, researcher must upload these files to a website and send (only) attachment linkto journal editor to facilitate sending researches to arbitrators.

8. Scientific references for research are written according to following method:

First, references in Arabic:

·     For books:

Author’s name: book’s title (underlined) - edition number (i) except first edition - publisher - year of publication - used pages.

·      For translated books:

Author’s name: book’s title (underlined) - translator name - edition number (i) except first edition - publisher - year of publication - used pages.

·         For scientific journals:

Author’s name: research title -journal’s title (underlined) - publisher - year of publication - issue volume - used pages.

·         For scientific messages:

Author’s name: thesis title (underlined) – institution name- university name- publisher- year of discussion.

Secondly, references in foreign language:

·        For books:

Author’s name (last name, then first letter of author’s name, then first letter of father’s name, if any). year of publication. book’s title (underlined) - country - publisher .
