المستخلص

The problem of the current research was identified in the low level of primary school students in general and students with learning disabilities in particular in some English language skills, especially writing skills, and the failure to employ modern technological innovations, which are characterized by interaction and attracting attention to the development of these skills.The research aimed to develop the English writing skills of students with learning disabilities in the fourth grade primary using digital learning objects (Fixed-moving), knowledge of the effectiveness of different design of digital learning objects (fixed-moving) in the development of writing skills of pupils with learning disabilities in the fourth grade. The research experience was applied to a sample of 14 pupils with learning disabilities in the fourth grade, and the research sample was divided into two groups (Preliminary-Second Experimental), and in order to achieve research objectives, the researcher used the developmental research curriculum by applying the Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Dsouqi model (2014), I also used the semi-experimental design of the research, where the English writing skills test was applied to the two groups, and then the initial experimental group was taught using fixed digital learning objects (Images - audio - texts), and the second experimental group was taught using mobile digital learning objects (Video - animation), after the end the search tool was applied after the two groups, Then the results were processed, analyzed and interpreted, and the research results reached the effectiveness of using static and mobile digital learning objects to develop English language writing skills for students with learning disabilities in the fourth grade. It also outperformed the second experimental group studied using mobile digital learning objects over the initial experimental group studied using static learning objects.
