The aim of this research Was to Remedy writing Under Achievers In the third grade of primary school, through A suggested Interactive Program based on Universal accessibility standards, To achieve this aims, the researcher conducted a theoretical study of what was stated in previous research and studies related to the subject of the research, then prepared a list of writing skills necessary for Under Achiever Pupils In Third grade of primary school and a test to measure Pupils’ written performance in these skills, A program based on Universal Accessibility standards, Student booklet, and a teacher’s guide, All of them were applied in this research to a sample of twenty-five Pupils in the third grade of primary school in the second semester of the academic year (2021-2022 AD). The results showed a significant difference at the level of (0,05)between the average scores of the Pupils of the research group in the two applications, pre- and post-test, on the written performance test, in favor of the post-measurement, which indicates the effectiveness of The suggested Interactive Program Based On Universal Accessibility standards To Remedy Writing Under Achievers In third-year primary school Pupils. In the end, the research presented a set of recommendations and suggestions related to its results..
