The study aimed to improve the psychological immunity of a sample of university students with depressive symptoms through an integrative program.
The researcher used the experimental method to the study, and the study sample consisted of (24) male and female students of the university with depressive symptoms, the sample was divided into two groups (the experimental group - Control group), The reality of (12) for each of them, who obtained low Score in psychological immunity, and high levels in depressive symptoms.
The study tools were applied, namely: Psychological Immunity Scale (Researcher’s Preparation),and Depressive Symptoms Scale (Arabization and Adjustment of the Researcher),and the Integrated Program (Researcher Preparation), and Diagnostic Interview Form(researcher preparation).
The results of the study showed the effectiveness of the integrative program in improving psychological immunity and reducing depressive symptoms among the study sample from the members of the experimental group, as this was shown by the presence of significant differences between the mean levels of the degrees of the experimental and control groups in the dimensional measurement of psychological immunity (all dimensions and the total score) statistically significant) At the 0.01 level) for the experimental group, And the presence of differences between the mean levels of the ranks of the experimental group in the pre and post measurements of psychological immunity are statistically significant (at the level of 0.01) in favor of the dimensional measurement, and the presence of differences between the averages of the ranks of the degrees of the experimental group in the dimensions of the follow-up and the follow-up of the psychological immunity (all dimensions and total degrees) are not statistically significant .
