المستخلص
The aim of the current research is to root the concept of freedom in an Islamic way. In the pure Prophetic Sunnah, then in Islamic and Western thought, then moving on to the role of educational institutions in instilling this concept in the hearts and minds of students and different groups of people. The results of the research revealed the different meanings of the concept of freedom. The different types, such as the mosque, the family, the school, the club, and the media, in instilling this educational concept in a way that is acceptable to God and His Messenger, and the development of students’ positive attitudes towards this concept. The research also recommends activating all educational institutions to reconsider the formulation of concepts from the Islamic point of view, especially the concept of freedom, to achieve its Islamic identity, to produce great dear generations, and to restore to these generations the glories of glory again.
