المستخلص

The research aims to identify the level of understanding of the nature
of science and beliefs about the scientific method to the students of the
Faculty of Specific Education, To achieve this, the researcher used the
descriptive analytical method, and the researcher prepared a test to
understand the nature of science, and the researcher also prepared beliefs
scale about the scientific method
The most important results reached at the following: The presence of
insufficiency in the level of understanding of the nature of science among
students of the Faculty of Specific Education , The presence of error beliefs
in beliefs about the scientific method to the students of the Faculty of
Specific Education , There were significant statistical differences between
the averages of students of the Faculty of Specific Education in testing to
understand the nature of science in the light of the difference in the
division , There were significant statistical differences between the
averages of students of the Faculty of Specific Education in beliefs about
the scientific method measure in the light of the difference in the division ,
The existence of a very weak correlation between the test to understand
the nature of science and the measure of beliefs about the scientific
method .
