Abstract
TerrEjcortril was applied to exposed inflamed pulp nssaciated with severe pain, in 21 patients, the teeth were extracted after variable periods ranging from one to seven days. Pain was completely relieved in bl.9% of cases and partially relieved in 38.0%.
Pain was completely relieved in all patients, of group IV, this was suggested to ba due to decrease of’ oedema of odontcblas— tic layer. No histological effect from the use of’ the drug was noticed on the state of’ pulp inflammation.
