Abstract
The objective of the present study :
Following purposes :
1- Serological follow up of maternally derived antibodies (MDA) by enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay (ELISA) to determine waning of MDA.
2- Determine coagulation disorders associatede experimental vvIBDV infection or vaccination with live IBDV vaccines associated with or without ribavirin treatment.
3- Hematological Studies of experimental vvIBDV infection or vaccination with live IBDV vaccines associated with or without ribavirin treatment.
4- Determine changes of blood chemistry of experimental vvIBDV infection or vaccination with live IBDV vaccines associated with or without ribavirin treatment.
5- Serological studies of experimental vvIBDV infection or vaccination with live IBDV vaccines associated with or without ribavirin treatment.
