Abstract
The aim of the study:-
1- Isolation and identifiation of aerobic bacterial flora which affect the respiratory tract of apparently healthy and diseased quails.
2- In vitro antibiotic sensitivity of the most common isolated strains.
3- Experimental infection of quails with the most prevalent bacterial isolates.
4- Isolation and identification of bacteria obtaind from pathological condetions in experementaly infected quails.
5- Study of histopathological lesions in the affected tissues of experimentally infected quails by pathogenic islates of bacterial strains.
