Abstract

This research aims contained in the letter comparison between the use of liver scanning with radioactive materials and the use of sound waves in the discovery of secondary school in the liver.
Has been the research of 76 patients with malignant tumors in different places in the body have been divided these cases into two parts: first, there is no symptoms or signs of a secondary school in the liver and include 33 patients and a second section of the cases, there are the symptoms or signs of the presence of these high schools include 43 patients.
It was in all cases clinical examination and the work of a full analysis of liver function and the work of rays as well as survey liver and other radioactive materials using sound waves.
Found that the use of ultrasound gives a clearer picture of the internal structure of the space alien on the liver more than the use of radioactive materials as we can determine whether these areas hard or soft. As well as possible using sound waves to locate these areas accurately and the size more than the use of radioactive materials, which makes use of needles to take samples from the liver to yield results almost certain.
