Abstract
This thesis was presented with the aim of studing and evaluating the factors influencing the diagnostic approach and management of cardiogenic shock
The study included fifteen patients with the diagnosis of cardiogenic shock due to different etiologes admitted to the university hospital of Alexandria four cases were in the general medical wards and eleven were in the I.C.U of the reception patients were selected at random
