The managment is still a troublesome which varies from prophylactic measures to therapeutic modalities as : mast cell stabilizers, antihistamines, cyclosporine and corticosteroids. which are effective and relief symptoms and signs but its long term use leads to many side effects. Therefore, many other medical treatments have been tried.
