Abstract
This study was carried out on two main groups of male albino mice, one group was infested with schistosoma mansoni.Then each group was further subdivided into 3 subgroups viz., control group, group that recevied the therapeutic course and group that received the LD50.The drug used was gentamicine sulphate. It was injected intra muscularly.The kidneys of the mice were examined by naked eye as well as histologically and morphometrically .
