Abstract
The present study was conducted to evaluate clinically histologically and densitometrically the effect of topical application of diclofenac sodium gel as NSAIDs in the management of RPP patients a total of 30 patients of age ranging from 23-35 y (18 female 12 male )participated in this study all patients subjected to conventional periodontal therapy including surgery plus antibiotics they were divided into 10 patients served as control group 20 patients receiving topical application of diclofena sodium gel subgingivally once daily for 3 months and this group was subdivided into 2 groups 10 patints received the gel with 1/100 concentration10 patints received the gel with 2/100 concentration all patients were submitted to the following investigations
