Abstract
Our work search for determination of different thyroid pathology by making a correlation between the clinical evaluation and investigations as sonography, isotope scanning and histopathology to help early and rapid diagnostic of thyroid swelling nature, 100 patients, of various ages from 10 years to 70 years and different sexes 84 females and 16 males were proved to have goiter, complaining of neck swelling which may be associated with other thyroid disease manifestation.
