Abstract
this study was done in assiut university hospital on 54 patients chosen from the traumatology unit 4 females and 50 males, all patients were adults of age range (17-63) years with amean 41+14 years. the patients were divided into 3 groups according to the clinical data at the time of clinical presentation:
group I: it included 19 patients with head injury with amean age 42+12 years.
group II: included 21 patients with multisystem trauma without head injury with mean age 39+16 years.
group III: included 14 patints with multisystem trauma associated with head injury with amean age 40+12 years.
