Abstract

The late adolescence stage (18-22 years) is the period of health and youth, because human body makes its full growth and skeleton grows too, and the rate of both height and weight increase. At that stage the sexual organs are also reach their complete maturity. The nutritional habits have a great effect on youth during that stage. So it should be attract the attention towards the information and the rules of nutrition.
Thus, the object of this study was to know the most ready-to-eat foods which were eaten by university students outdoor, and to certain from microbial quality of these foods.
The current study was conducted on (43 male and 46 female) aged between 18-22 years old who were chosen randomly from students of South Valley University in Qena city. And during meeting with students, the questionnaires were filled by studier to recognize about the following:-
• The anthropometric (height – weight) for each student.
• The most fast foods which were eaten by students outdoor.
• Health status of students (by using form that indicate the diseases which students suffered from). Samples of blood were taken from students to assess hemoglobin ratio.
