Abstract
The Sudan is ’the largest country in ~\frlca with population of 17,903000, 80 of them are living in rural areas. The main activity of the people is subsistance agr1cultureaad the country w1 th G.N.P. of230 dollar s per capita is among the poorest in the world. The health services system is hospital oriented and most of these are in urban areas.
