Abstract In the present work; tri-n-butyltin acrylate (TBTA) and tri-n-butyltin Methacrylate (TBTMA) were prbpared to study their polymerization, copolymerization, and terpolymerization reactions, the effect of monomer and initiator concentration on thpolymerization rate of TBTA were studied and showed that the order of the reaction with respect to monomer concentration is unity, while with respect to initiator concentration is half order, Copolymerization reactions of TBTA and TBTMA with methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, n-butyl acrylate,’ methyl methacryla n-propyl methacrylate, n-butyl methacrylate, allyl methacryla .styrene and acrylnnitrile were studied, and the monomer react vity ratios were determined according to the Fineman-Ross an Kelen-nees methods, as illustrated in the following Table. |
