Abstract This Work is mainly oriented towards the development and adaptation of new analytical methods for the analysis of some selected antihypertensive combination. U. V. derivative spectrophotometry was the technique of choice as it has a great utility for extracting both qualitative and quantitative information from spectra composed of unresolved bands, it tends to emphasize subtle spectral features by representing them in a new and visually more accessible way allowing the resolution of multicomponent systems and minimizing the effect of spectral background interferences in pharmaceytical application. Part (1): Including a)General introduction, containing resume on the chemistry , structure pharmacology, and methods for determination of some antihypertensive drugs. b0 Review on the U.V. derivative spectrophotometric methods of assay. Part (2): Development and adaptation of new analytical methods for the analysis of antihypertensive combinations containing two components. Part (3) Development and adaptation of new analytical methods for the analysis of antihypertensive cobinations containing three components. |
