Abstract
Aim of the present work
1- Investigate the effects of chlorpyrifos on haemogram, protein status (total serum protein, albumin, globulin and A/G ratio), serum acetylcholinestrase (ACHE) activity, glucose level, and Liver function and kidney functions in experimentally intoxicated rats
2- Studying if the coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) has a protective and/or therapeutic effect in counteracting the harmful effect of free radicals induced by sub acute administration of chlorpyrifos in male albino rats or not. Histopathological examinations of liver tissues of intoxicated rats are also being included.
3- Determination of the antioxidant enzyme and MDA level in hepatic tissue homogenate.
