المستخلص Two groups of CRF patients with no evidence of coronary artery disease were studied: Group A: Chronic renal failure patients on regular haemodialysis Group B: Chronic renal failure patients stage 4-5 on conservative treatment. For all patients serum cardiac enzymes were measured and results revealed that the level of cardiac troponin I was higher than normal in both groups, and insignificantly higher in group A than in group B. Level of serum cardiac enzymes CK, CK-MB and LDH were insignificantly higher in group A than group B. |
