Abstract
The elastic propetry of material is characterized mathematicaly by certain functional relationships connecting forces and deformations among such relationships a linear law stemming from a generalization of hookes law states in efect that the extensions of spring like bodies produces by the tensile forces are to the orces during the 150 years follwing the discovery of hooke’s law in 1676 the growth of the science of elasticity proceeded from synthesis of solutions of specical problems.
