The study motive:
The need for belongingness begins to emerge during adolescence and extends through out the adult life. The maturing self, having successfully maintained companion ship and affiliation self- objects and without any threat to self-esteem is able to feel comfortable and confident this sense of connectedness allows people to maintain feelings of being human.
(Lee & Robbins, 1995, 233)
The logotherapy aims to helping the individual to understand himself as responsible and be aware with his responsibility. where insure Victor Frankl on three properties for human existence they are spiritual, freedom, responsibility. (Baterson, 1990, 461,462)
The study importance:
The human is a social organism who is related to the others in a social relation which depend on the identification with group and with love, realism life for the person which motive to the importance social factor in empathic and cooperation with the individuals group and studying the
it, where the individual do not become individual without society.
(Magda Ahmed, 1985, 14)
The individual usually belong to the group to realize general goals without special goals and the bonds between the individual and the group and that is the relation work to realize goals for great number of individuals. (Saad Glal , 1984 , 206, 207 )
The study problem:
Is there an effectiveness of logotherapy program for improving the level of belongingness and social responsibility among the students of secondary school? and Is there difference between males and females? and does the effect continue after the applying was finished after two
months ?
The aim of study:
The study aims to put light on the effectiveness of logotherapy for improving the level of belongingness and social responsibility among the students of secondary school and preparing program of logotherapy improving the level of belongingness and social responsibility among students of secondary school.
The study terms:
Belongingness:
The belongingness is the relating of individual to group, and his continue work to keep of it, his strong feeling of security and acceptance , his perception for his human existence, and his role in it, trough the rules and the norms of his group and his society and his human values.

Social responsibility:
It is the self responsibility about the group and it consists of three basic elements, they are (concern, understanding, association).

Logotherapy:
It is the therapy which focused on that the human must be research about the meaning of life and his existence. Existential Analysis is the psychotherapeutical method which seeks to help the human to find meaning to his existence. and according to logotherapy, there are three kinds of values, Creative Values, Experiential Values and Attitudinal Values .
(Frankl, 1985, 31, 32)
The students of secondary school:
The operational definition: they are the student in the secondary school (14, 6-15, 5) years of age.
The hypotheses:
1-There is a statistically significant difference between the two averages of degrees of the experimental group and the controlling group after application the program on the belongingness scale in favour of the experimental group.
2-There is a statistically significant difference between the two averages of degrees of the experimental group and the controlling group after application the program on the social responsibility scale in favour of the experimental group.
3-There is a statistically significant difference between the two averages of degrees of the experimental group and the controlling group after the follow up on the belongingness scale in favour of the experimental group.

4-There is a statistically significant difference between the two averages of degrees of the experimental group and the controlling group after the follow up on the social responsibility scale in favour of the experimental group.
5-There is no statistically significant difference between the female and the male of the experimental group after application the program on the belongingness scale.
6-There is no statistically significant difference between the female and the male of the experimental group after application the program on social responsibility scale .
7-There is no statistically significant difference between the female and the male of the experimental group after the follow up the program on the belongingness scale.
8-There is no statistically significant difference between the female and the male of the experimental group after the follow up the program on social responsibility scale.
the study boundaries :
the study is bounded by its tools, sample and its
statistical styles.
the study sample:
(20) student of the stage of secondary school between (14.6 — 15,5)years of age and consists of two groups:
1-Experimental group: (10) students of secondary school.
2-controlling group : (10 ) students of secondary school.
The study tools:
1-Belongingness scale for students of secondary school :
( prepared by the researcher).
2-Social responsibility scale : ( prepared by Said Osman 1993 ).
3-The program of logotherapy ( prepared by the researcher ).
4-Exercises of logoanalysis. (prepared by Crumbaugh 1973 and translate by Esmaiel Bader 1990 ).
The statistical style:
1-Correlational factors.
2- t. test.
The study results
1-there is a statistically significant difference between the two averages of degrees of the experimental group and the controlling group after application the program on the belongingness scale in favour of the experimental group
2-there is a statistically significant difference between the two averages of degrees of the experimental group and the controlling group after application the program on the social responsibility scale in favour of the experimental group.
3-There is a statistically significant difference between the two averages of degrees of the experimental group and the controlling group after the follow up on the belongingness scale in favour of the experimental group.
