Abstract
Diabetic retinopathy iaretinal microangiopathy affe ring
the arteriole capillaries and venules ..It is characterized in early
stages by va cular occlusion and leakage; and in its later rages
by fibrox a cular formation. It i the main cane of blindne
accounting for about 10 % of new ca s of blindns at all age
(Akduman et al., 1997).
