Abstract
The present study aimed at isolation of H. pylori from gastric biopsies in patients with peptic dyspepsia compared to the serum and salivary levels of H. pylori IgG and IgA in these cases. This study was carried out on 60 patients selected from the out patient clinics of the tropical medicine departement in tanta university hospital. They were suffering from gastritis or peptic dyspepsia, in addition to 10 healty persons as a control group with matched age and sex.
