Abstract
Hypospadias is a congenital anomaly in which the urethral meatus terminates on the ventral surface of the penis proximal to the normal site. it is a common congenital anomaly of the male urethra with an incidence of 3.2 in every 1000 live male birth. Hypospadias is classified according to the anatoomical site of hypospadias meatus into : glanular, distal penile, midpenile, penoscrotal, scrotal and perineal hypospadias.
