The a1~ or this work 1a directed toward two main goals: Jhe first is kno~ing and recording the Incidenc€ of Vitreous bemorrhage occurence d~e to different aetlo1ogi- cal entities and its rel~tion to sex, age group, assocla~ ted ocolar pathalogy and the general medical condition of patients. This in turn ~lght help in correct monssment of these cases througb earlier prediction of the aetiology - 11 - or hemorrhage which is sometie~es unclear in the inJtial evaluatlo~ of •he case. The 8eco~d goal of this wor~ wlll ~e ~ir@cted to the 9arlable methods for deflnit treatment of such a condition Par this, evaluation ana recording of the process of spon- taneous hemorrhage absorptiQn and Its relation to the gj~en medical t~eatmeGt, the severity of hemorrhage and its loccation, tbe B5soclated Qc~lar condition and many other fac- tors will be investigated in a~ay to make it pos~lble to expect properly for the progrosis of a case with vitreous hernonhage and to give a proper decision as regarding the approach of treatment. The tilliing of sv!’gical interferen<:e in cei-tain e as e s with vitr~ous nemorrhage ~e.g. in diabetics and in ocular injuries) considered a~ a point or controversy aroong m.n! investigators will be also investigated as atrial to avoid a~ much as possible of the bad sequalae and compllications of neglected v!treaes beroorrhage. |
