Abstract
Juvenile chronic Artheitis (JCA) is one of the commonest autoimmune diseases in childhood and presents different clinical subsects. It is considered to be of a polygenic nature and its genetic background is still under investigation. The aim of this study is to analyze the immunogenetic features in egyptian JRA children.
