Abstract
This work was performed on 102 newly diagnosed NHL patients. Paraproteins was detected in 6 patients leading to marked changes in their laboratory findings. These 6 patients were studied as a separate group and their findings are written in details as case reports. The reminder 96 patients were classified on basis of histopathological classification, the presence of bone marrow infiltration, and serum B2M and serum LDH levels. During the last year of this study , we included another 36 newly diagnosed NHL patients in which the serum levels of IL-2 and IL-10 were studied.
