Abstract
The present investigation was conducted under ins& free isolation cage and in naturally heavily infested soil with Orbanche crenata seeds at Sakha Agricultural Research Station (SARS), during the 199711998 season all the possible F1 cross combinations (without reciprocals) among the seven faba bean parents were conducted under the insect tee cage by hand Crossings were tried again during the 199811999 season also under the insect nee cage. All the f1 crosses (21) and their seven parental genotypes were evaluated under heavily infested soil with Orbanche crenata season at insect free cage during the 199912000 season. All the experiment Lab work was conducted in the Genetics Dept , Faculty of Genetics Dept ., Faculty of Agric., Kafr El-Sheikh, Tanta University.
