المستخلص
The main objective of this reseerch was to determine the job s a t i s f a c t i o n l e v e l , community services s o t i s f a c t - ion level of a g r i c u l t u r a l extension agents and t o i d e n t i f y some of personel snd prof essionel v a r i a b l e s which may a f f e c t t h i s s a t i s f a c t i o n . A well prepared aud pre-tested questionnaire wes used t o c o l l e c t t h e data needed f o r t h i s research through i n t e r - viewing 200 agric~rltural extension agents ,.in some d i s t r i c t s , Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate. l’requency, percentage, means, sttindard deviation , simple c o r r e l a t i o n c o e f f i c i e n t s , m u l t i p l e r e g r e s s i o n a n a l y s i s end the stepwise multiple regression snalysis aere used t o rlolyze the date stetistically. This research is divided i n t o four chapters: The first deals with the research problem, the seco~id covers the revieyi of l i t e r a t u r e , the t h i r d explains the methodology u~ld t h e f o u r t h presents the r e s u l t s and discussions.
