Abstract
The d.c electrical conductivity (Q), thermoelectric power (seebeck confficient s) and thermal properties (namely, thermal diffusivity (a, heat capacity (CP) and thermal conductivity (k) for different composition of the system IN 50 BI50-x SBx with were studied in the range from room temperature to 500K. in addition, the data collected for Q,S &K were used to calculate the figure of merit(z). the effect of SB content in the composition, both temperature and time of annealing and the ambient temprature.
