This study waS carried out on 100 patients subjected
to surgical interference performed by different registerares
of the department of anaesthesia. Mepivllcaine 4%was
usee in tih i.s work.

No neurological complications ware recordod in our
study. The possible causes ofthese complications were
discussed.
