المستخلص The wide attention given to performing myocardial revascularization without CPB can reasonably be attributed to the well-known and documented adverse effects of using the heart-lung machine, which include volume retention, coagulopathy, release of systemic inflammatory mediators, pulmonary and neurocognitive changes. the variety of adverse effects contribute to postoperative morbidity and mortality. |
