Abstract This work was conducted to investigate the protective and the treatment effects of vitamin E, silymarin and N. sativa oil against the hepatotoxic effect of the carbon tetrachloride. The following experimental study was carried out on 160 albino ; Wistar rats divited into two groups as following : Animal grouping:- Experimental albino rats were classified into two main groups: the first group consisted of 100 rats used for studying the[protective efficiency of vitamin E, silymarin and Nigella sativa oil as antioxidants against the carbon tetrachloride hepatotoxicity, when given is Simultaneously with CCU. The second group consisted of 60 rats and t was used for studying the curative efficiency of vitamin E, silymarin p[and Nigella sativa oil in carbon tetrachloride - induced hepatotoxicity. |
