Abstract This study was conducted to study some pollutant such as pesticide residues in different raw and processed vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers , potatoes and strawberry) and fruits (grapes and peach). Vegetables and fruots samples were collected from different places (Minoufya and Behairra governorates) . analysis was carried out to determine some pesticide residues such as organochlorine (lindane, aldrin , endosulfon and mixture of o,p – DDT and p,p – DDt); Organophosphorus (malathion , diazinon , chlorpyrifos and dimethoate); Carbamates(methomy1, benthiocarb , carbary1 and aldicarb) and fungicides (thiophenate-methy1, dichlone , captan and carboxin)in different raw and processed vegetables and fruits |
