Abstract
Aim of the present work was to find outthe prevailing human species of SCHISTOSMA and its rate of infection,examination of different snails for human and bird schistosome cercariae and pigeons,examination of sparrows to find out the adult schistosomes and preparation of crude antigen from these adults and to estimate it as avaccine against SCHISTOSOMA MANSONI in laboratory mice
