Abstract In this study RNA level and DNA damage were examined on 23 acute Leukaemia patients include 11 ALL patients and 12 AML by electrophoratic pattern technique to diagnosis leukemia and follow up the effect and progress of the treatment on the patients bodies. The acute leukemia companing with DNA damage and high RNA level. It was noticed that AML patients have higher DNA damages of treated patients , however , shown that the treatment duration had a non- significantly affected ( p>0.05) effect on DNA damage . while RNA levels were significantly affected (p> 0.05)by treatment durations. The molecular diagnosis by PCR was applied to detect internal tandem duplication of FLT3 gene . Where mutations of receptor tyrosine kinase are implicated in the constitive activation and development of human malignancy. In this study 1/34 acute leukemia cases has ITD. Which was AML cases (M4) . in 24h. liquid cultures treated with MTX shows that cause necrosis in the control, AML and ALL cultures . |
