Abstract In this study, three types of vaccines weie pepared. K45/20A Brucella oil adjuvenated (Montanide ISA25) vaccine BHF-BEI inactivated and adjuvenated with (Montanide ISA25) and the third one of vaccine was a combined one which contained both types , •? organisms (Brucella & BEFV). Each type of vaccine was used in \ act .nation of a group of calves (four calves in each group with two unvaccinau . uiitrols). The dose of vaccine was 2 ml admininistrated subcutaneously (S/C). Boostered dose of 2 ml S/C was adopted four weeks post vaccination (WPV). In case of K45/20A and combined a inc. challenge was done in a dose (5 X 103) organisms of virulent Br. abortus Blood and sera samples were collected 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 1 U. 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44 and 48 WPV. The results of humoral immune response a hen K45/20A was used only, showed that the RBT titre was about zero, sin-., IJ> WPV till the 10* WPV were the challenge occurred, the reaction appeared and increased in a range of 25-100%.
