Abstract
Aswan seismic network is located the northern part of nasser lake and south of Aswancity,southern Egypt.The minimum apparent velocity method{MAV}of earthquaker analsis,has been applied in the analysis of local and regional earthquakes data recorded by the Aswan seismic network to pbtain the layered crustal velocity structure at Aswan area,based on the analysis presented here.Layered crustal velocity structure was identified withe comperessional-wave_P-Wave}velocities in each layer is {5.2, 6.3, 7.02, 8.01 km/sand layer thickness is 3.38,10.12, 16.06,km resectively}.As a result,we can assume that the conrad discontinty is at 13.95km depth as mohorovicic discontinuity is at 30km depth.
