Abstract
Clinical evaluation of MR is simple and easily applied liod in the outpatient clinic for assessment of the Brity of the lesion. But the problem is raised when we faced by double mitral lesion and surgical interference indicated because no sharp lines are present between Cerent grades and MS with mild MR need commisurotomy while
dth moderate MR needs valve replacement. iDoppler-Echocardiography as non-invasive technique is a i procedure for assessment of degree of mitral argitation, follow up, assessment of left ventricular stion and detection of any intracardiac thrombosis or Stations which we could not detect it clinically.
