Abstract Tip regained its normal features in only 2 cases (40%), one case (20%) needed another revision surgery by the external approach and the remaining two cases (40%) showed slight improvement of the nasal appearance with one case (20%) showed complications in comparison to open one that showed more better results, in which the tip regained its normal appearance in 87.5% of cases in spite of columellar scar. Only one case (1 2.5 %) necessitates another revision surgery and showed complications in the form of columellar incision separation with more obvious scar. |
