Abstract

The pediatrician may be the pacemaker and the leader for this success, ‘c health services as MCH centers as well as in the privat pediatric study is an attempt to varefy the hypothesis that; success in breast epends greatly upon the attendant physician through; (1) the difficulties and problems in breast feeding specially during few days of nursing and (2) realizing causes of worry and s and eliminating them by tactful reassurance and explanation. (mothers and their own infants) were followed up since the first delivery up to complete stoppage of breast feeding through the March 1990 up to May 1993; 100 pairs in Menoufyia w up through MCH center, in Shebien-El Koom and through visits; and 100 pairs in Sharkia through ircely mcIicaI ccination in our privat pediatric clinic in Zagzig city. All pairs red and physically examined in each contact according to d questionnaire and follow up sheets. The resultes were tabulated ,ized and statisticaly analysed to show the following :-
