Abstract organic compounds which have the CI atom and the aldehydic group on an adjacent two carbon atoms, are attractive for organic chemists to start with for synthesis of new fused heterocyclic rings. In the present work the author .prefers to use the two functional groups on the pyrazole ring to prepar pyrazolopyrazole derivatives as fused rings. The reaction of pyrazole derivative 89 with hydroxylamine hydrochloride in the presence of NaOH gave the corresponding oximc 90. On reduction of the last oxime either by acetic anhydride or P20.«i the corresponding nitrile 91 was obtained. Reaction of 89 with NaN3, gave the azido derivative 92 which photolyzed to give 93. The reaction of 91 with hydrzine hydrate gave 94 The reaction of 91 with Naty and loosing N2 gave the corresponding opened structure 97. |
