Abstract
The aim of this study is the production of some enzymes by certain types of bacteria like actinomycetes. 73 actinomycete isolates were isolated and purified from the Egyptian soil,and screened for their potentialities to produce lipase and esterase enzymes.Isolate no.30 was chosen , as the most active producer of lipase.
