The was Don e on 35 Patientes Admitted to the Egyptain National Heart institute Cardiology Department in tanta university Hospatil and shebeen el Koom Eductional Hospatil Complaning of chest Pain Persistent for mor than2 hours for the first Time or not rseponding coming to the hosptailof hepatitis Musclar,recent,operation,resent intramusular injection,or any other diseases which might affect studied parameters the patients are classified to tow groups.
