Abstract
This research falls into four parts:
1. Desizing and boil off cotton, cotton/polyester 50/50 blended and polyester fabrics by four different methods with oxidizing agent, enzyme, alkali and acid.
2. Bleaching of oxidative, alkaline, acetic and enzymatic desized cotton, cotton/polyester and polyester fabrics with hydrogen peroxide by over flow, cold pad-batch, pad-stem techniques.
3. printing of the bleached desized cotton, cotton/polyester and polyester fabrics with reactive, reactive/disperse and disperse dyes.
4. create designs inspired from modern art and print them after bleaching with optimum conditions by digital printing (ink jet).
