Today, denim are popular for all family members, they are worn for aspect of daily life, from Work to leisure Available in variety of styles colors fabrics and prices, jeans provided real challenge to the comparative shopper.
Because, ”comfort” is related to the ability of clothing to allow freedom of movement, reduced burden, and body shaping as required, therefore Worker must be able to move around in the apparel items they wear Discomfort may result when clothing restrains movement, creates a burden, or exerts pressure on the body. Textile materials must be flexible and elastic.
The denim industry is focusing on developing products by concentrating on solidity and quality therefore this study aim to -Sharing in introducing scientific and academic studies for designing and producing a new denim fabrics produced by using cotton). (Lycra)and (cotton-lycra) wefts for basic demands of worker clothes and good performance.
Improving the comfort properties of denim fabrics and this is by adding
lycra wefts which blended it with cotton wefts for producing new type as denim fabrics.
-Predicting the ideal properties or specifications of denim fabric by
making statistical models to use it in industry.
-Designing the maximum possible set in denim fabric by Brierly method.
-Determine the phase structure of denim fabric. -Determine the percentage of filling.
