Abstract
the general problem of the translational-rotr~tional motion of
n rigid bodies which experience no forces other than their mutual
gravitational attractions has been investigated by several authors.
The separation of equations of motions into two systems
(describing the translational and rotational motions) is only
possible if each body is a sphere with spherical density
distribution. Hence facilitating solution of the problem.
